Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Have It Solutions' property marketplace, financing tools, insurance quotation service, and related features (the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing listings, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws in Rwanda. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Buyer — a person seeking to discover, inquire about, finance, or insure a property listed on the Platform.
• Bank / Lender — a partner financial institution that reviews and decides on loan applications submitted through the Platform.
• Havit— Have It Solutions' own in-house financing facility, offered as an alternative to partner bank financing for eligible loan applications.
• Insurance Company — a partner insurer that prepares quotations for property-related insurance requested through the Platform.
• Admin — Have It Solutions staff who operate, moderate, and support the Platform.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Rwandan law to register an account. Account access is OTP-based: you sign in using your email and a one-time verification code rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping the device and inbox or phone number associated with your account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and when submitting any inquiry, loan application, or insurance request. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraudulent use of the Platform may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any non-refundable fees, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Have It Solutions provides a venue for discovery and connection between buyers, sellers, banks, and insurance companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability or final price of any property, the completion of any transaction, or the conduct of any other user. You are responsible for independently verifying property details, ownership, and documentation (including UPI records) before relying on them.

The straight buyer path lets you send a cash-purchase inquiry and optionally schedule an on-site visit without submitting financing documents. Submitting a straight buyer inquiry does not create a binding offer or contract of sale; it is a request for a Have IT advisor to follow up with you using the contact details you provided.

Property visits, physical tours, and loan consultations are booked against available weekday slots over the next six months. Booking a slot reserves your appointment but does not guarantee that an advisor or bank representative will be available outside the confirmed time; we will contact you to confirm or reschedule where necessary.

Missed appointments. If you miss a scheduled visit or tour without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, any associated booking fee is forfeited and a new fee will apply if you wish to reschedule.

Affordability estimates, monthly installment figures, and interest rates shown before you apply (including those generated by our neural affordability engine) are indicative only and are not a loan offer. Final loan terms, approval, interest rate, and conditions are determined solely by the bank or, where you choose in-house financing, by Havit, based on your submitted documents and their own underwriting criteria. Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval.

Insurance quotations requested through the Platform are prepared and priced solely by the relevant insurance company. Have It Solutions does not underwrite policies, guarantee quotation terms, or guarantee that a quotation will be issued. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the insurance company directly.

The Platform charges the following fees, payable by Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) or card before the related request is processed:

• Loan application fee — charged when you submit a loan application, covering document verification and underwriting review.
• Straight buyer / inquiry fee — charged when you book a property visit through the straight buyer path.
• Physical tour fee — charged when you book an on-site tour of a listed property.

The applicable amount for each fee is displayed before you confirm payment. By completing payment you authorize Have It Solutions to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method.

Straight buyer, physical tour, and standard loan application fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, including where a visit, tour, or application does not proceed for reasons outside our control.

Exception — Havit-financed applications. Loan application fees are refundable only where the application is submitted for financing directly through Havit (Have It Solutions' in-house facility) rather than a partner bank. Eligibility, timing, and the refund process for these applications are confirmed at the time of payment and may be subject to additional review.

The Platform, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Have It Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the service.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to circumvent fees or scheduling rules, interfering with the security or operation of the Platform, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, in response to suspected violations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or to the Platform. Fees already paid for completed or forfeited services are not refunded on termination, except where required by these Terms or by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Have It Solutions disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy of listings, financing estimates, or insurance quotations, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform should first be raised with us through the contact channels on this site so we can attempt to resolve it informally before any formal proceeding.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the channels provided on this site.
